AS BELOW

1.	The processing duration of the application form and written certificate for the guidance entrepreneur application in no more than seven (7) working days after the form is received.
2.	To provide feedback on enquiries of trade and business matching within three (3) days from the date the case is presented.
3.	To provide feedback on customer complaints within a period of three (3) working days.
4.	To provide feedback for the application of visit to premise under BPIAT supervision within a period of (14) working days.

To strengthen the national pineapple industry market network and increase entrepreneurship development through improvement in product quality and entrepreneur productivity.

Functions of BPIAT

1.	To plan and implement activities based on the pineapple industrial regulations (Export Marketing) 1959 and IAT programme under MOA.
2.	To draft and implement entrepreneur marketing and development programme which covers exhibition and promotion locally and overseas.
3.	To provide guidance, training and advisory services related to processing, certification and marketing.
4.	To implement business matching in establishing closer cooperation between pineapple entrepreneurs, wholesalers, manufacturers, exporters and producers.
5.	To provide the product and fresh fruit collection centre facility that is of quality and is well planned.
6.	To prepare and update the entrepreneur, young agropreneur and market databases.
7.	To develop agrotourism based on the pineapple industry.
8.	To coordinate and monitor entrepreneurs, factories, outlets and information centres periodically.
9.	To perform other duties as directed from time to time.
